Whether you are planning to celebrate a life milestone or a summer barbecue, we make sure all aspects of your event are coordinated. We have long-standing relationships with many of the elite décor florists in the New York metro area. In coordination with your décor professional we can match the menu to go along with any theme. For more intimate events at home, our event professional will come to your home, review the layout of your party, and coordinate the items for your party to match the décor in your home.

EVENT PLANNING

Our team of planners will take you from your initial concept through the day of your event. We customize each menu for every individual client. Your event planner will meet with you throughout the process and make sure every detail is exactly what you pictured. Whether you are having your event at home or at an exquisite venue, we coordinate with everyone involved. We make sure that your menu, entertainment, décor, and rentals are all synchronized. The day of the event your planner will be on hand to make sure any question is addressed immediately.

RENTAL

From lounges to formal dinners we will coordinate all your rental needs. We have long relationships with rental companies and know their products as well as they do. They know our menu and layouts. We work as a team to make sure that everything you need--chairs, tables, linen, tableware –for an amazing party is there for you. Not sure what to pick out? Your planner will meet with you at the rental company and guide you through the entire process.

TENTS

The MMCP team has seen it all. Whether it is tenting over an entire lawn for a formal wedding or tent and floor over your pool for a holiday party, we have seen it and coordinated the plans. Your event planner will schedule the tent company to survey the space and liaise between you and the tent company to make sure all your tenting needs are met.
